Question 1

Do I need a card for the free trial?

Accepted Answer

No. You get 14 days free with no card required. When you pick a plan, any remaining trial days carry over before your first charge.

Question 2

What if I have properties in more than one nation?

Accepted Answer

Pick every nation you let in. Each property is tied to one nation and gets that nation's rule pack, terminology and notice-readiness checks.

Question 3

How does email-in filing work?

Accepted Answer

Every account gets a private @in.getcerty.co.uk address. Forward a certificate or give the address to your engineer and GetCerty reads the type and dates, matches the property and files it.

Question 4

Can I sell a property with the tenant still in it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In England, Wales and Scotland the tenancy, deposit and certificates pass to the buyer. GetCerty produces a Tenanted Sale Pack for the buyer's solicitor and transfers the full record to the new owner on completion.

Question 5

Is my data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, strictly isolated per account, and you can export or permanently delete everything at any time under UK GDPR.
